There are two ways to attend the events of NPS 2012 – Passes and Individual Tickets.
Passes (All Access Passes and Student Passes) go on-sale beginning Monday, April 2 at BlumenthalArts.org and they provide the greatest value to fully experience everything that the National Poetry Slam has to offer!
Individual Tickets for Competition Events go on-sale beginning Monday, May 21 at BlumenthalArts.org.
Individual Tickets for Side Events will not be sold in advance, but will be available for sale at the door prior to each event.
PRICING FOR PASSES
All Access Pass: $75 – Provides admission to all official NPS 2012 events as listed on nps2012charlotte.com including Day Events, Late-Night Events, Preliminary Bouts, Semi-Final Competition, Group Piece Finals and National Poetry Slam Finals. Purchase with your visa or mastercard. All Access Pass holders must be at the venue 30 minutes prior to each event to receive guaranteed admission.
Student Pass: $50 – Provides same benefits as All Access Pass, but some events may be restricted to those under the age of 21, due to venue and/or content restrictions. A valid Student ID must be presented when picking up the Student Pass. Limit 1 Student Pass per Student ID.
Passes will be available for pick-up beginning Monday, August 6, 2012 from 10:00 am-6:00 pm at Blumenthal Performing Arts central box office in the Belk Theater Lobby – located at 130 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202 (Corner of 5th & Tryon Streets).
