National Poetry Slam 2012 will run as a cooperative effort between the Blumenthal Performing Arts, SlamCharlotte and Poetry Slam, Inc. (PSi). As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, PSi can receive tax-exempt contributions from anyone who pays United States income tax.
